Great Experience
Wow. Just wow. There is service that is above and beyond and there is service that is to the moon! We travelled tp Winnipeg to be with our mom having a hip replacement at the Concordia Hospital and booked a room at the Best Western Premier. The place is spotless, the breakfast amazing but what really elevates this hotel is the staff. I hope the management knows what a great team they have (special shout out to Shilpa at reception). They asked about mom, were as concerned as our friends all were. Thank you all so much. Above and above and above and beyond!

Best Service Ever! My Favorite Place To Book At For Meetings!
We have been to Best Western Premier 900 Regent for over a year now for business meetings. We have had not complaints, the service is always available and the hosts are ready to accommodate at any time. We appreciate the quick response we receive when booking meeting rooms/bangquet rooms/guest rooms.
Our staff truly enjoy their stay at Best Western Premier.
Breakfast is always spot on - brings back beautiful memories of our trips to the States and when ever we stayed at the Best Western.

Wonderful Stay
This hotel is beautiful. My friend and I had the pleasure of staying here on May 30, 2023. The lobby is bright, open, well appointed. The front desk staff, the manager were professional, helpful, and with great sense of humor added in the mix. Marcus, our restaurant server was amazing! Such wonderful customer service skills for a young man at 19 years of age, how refreshing and what an asset. All the staff that we had dealings with, housekeeping, etc. were smiling, helpful and customer orientated. The room was lovely, large, very clean, well equipped and the bed and pillows were amazing. I wanted to take the bed home. The black out blinds were a really nice addition. Breakfast was really good with lots of varety. Didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool, on our next visit for sure. Thank you so much for such a wonderful hotel stay. Kudos all around.
